If you have been spending time on twitter you have no doubt realised how powerful it can be with regards to keeping in touch with your clients & prospects, making new relationships and spotting business opportunities. Only problem is, before long you can spend a good chunk of your day reading tweets and following links and your productivity can slump somewhat.
Tweet Scheduler
So, wouldnt it be nice if you could schedule tweets? Well, guess what, you can and it is a simple to acheive thanks to Twuffer.com. Simply visit Twuffer.com, enter your twitter details and specify your location and timezone and then you can enter tweets and specify a delay.
Daily Twitter Strategy
So, we are starting to take this approach to twitter use. Turn on tweetdeck (article coming soon) in in the morning, view the days tweets and decide upon our tweets for the day. Send the first one in tweetdeck but then schedule the rest in Twuffer with a fairly evenly spaced out gap. So, if you are doing four tweets send one at 9am and then schedule the other three for 11am, 1pm & 3pm.
Staying in the conversation
This is not to say that you should not stay logged in, after all, part of the thrill and opportunity is the real time nature and world wide conversation that twitter brings but, by monitoring only for important opportunities and getting all your tweets lined up you can bring some structure and order back to your day.
